Rei's first login

seven years since her father's death, Rei returned home with a bag in hand. She made her way up to her room, her uncle barely paying any attention to her arrival. Rei was used to this and preferred it to her uncles scoldings and insults, which have ended quite some time ago. Now he just gave her the silent treatment. he was just immature to recognize it was not her fault for her parents' death. Rei entered her spacious room and installed the new game, "The World."

Rei had heard from some gamer friends at school that it was a fun new game. She wanted to try it out. Rei created her character, an adept rouge- she couldn't decide which class she wanted, they all seemed good to her. She thought her character she made looked like a strong warrior and named her Artemis. Rei had come to like the name after reading about Greek mythology pertaining to the goddess of the hunt and moon. She thought it fit her character's appearance the best.

After rei created her character, she did some quick tutorial. Then Rei strolled around the town, buying some useful items for health and mana, as well as weapons and armor. Rei observed some of the other members. She thought it may be a good idea to form a party, but she would have to do that later, for it was really late, and she didn't want to risk her uncle losing his silence the next morning. At least there were some things he cared about. Rei logged off, despite feeling the urge to not.
